Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile house dividedly movable at moving time, easily combinable at installing time, capable of securing a sufficient space as a house, safely and surely installable, and usable over a medium-long period, and provide an effective land utilizing method by using the mobile house as a rental house in the mobile house having wheels. SOLUTION: In this mobile house, house parts divided into a plurality are arranged on a stand provided with a plurality of wheels, connecting means having a separable-joinable structure are arranged in the respective divided house parts, and the house parts are provided with fixing means for floatingly fixing the wheels to an installing place. The connecting means connect a plurality of connecting house parts by applying tensile force by a rigid wire rod, and a dislocation preventive means is arranged for preventing dislocation in the surface direction. The fixing means place plural places of a stand bottom part on an upper surface part of a plurality of concrete foundation bases, and are provided with a fixing installing plate. The installing plate has a height adjusting means. This mobile house is arranged on unused land, and is used as the rental house.
