Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seawater intake and discharge pipe provided with an electrochemical antifouling means harmless to the environment, which improves antifouling effect for the seawater intake and discharge pipe, greatly extends an interval of a removing work for adhering shellfish, and also performs an electrolytic protection. SOLUTION: The seawater intake and discharge pipe (1) in which the seawater flows, comprises setting anchor bolts for fixing a panel, in several spots of an inner wall of the pipe, coating an anticorrosive paint (3) on the surface of the inner wall, covering the coated surface with a conductive rubber panel (4) while fixing it with the above anchor bolts, and connecting a direct-current power source (5) having a control device, with the conductive rubber panel as an anode and the anchor bolts jutting into the inside of the seawater intake and discharge pipe as a cathode. The conductive rubber panel (4) comprises a lining of a conductive rubber (42) on the surface of a base material consisting of an electroconductive material (41), and a lining (43) of an insulative corrosion resistant rubber on the back surface. In addition, the seawater intake and discharge pipe is characterized by having a sacrificial anode (6) for electric protection in the vicinity of the inner wall, which is electrically insulated from the conductive rubber panel. The sacrificial anode (6) works for electric protection together with the above circuit.
