Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate being light-weight and excellent in flexibility and having high transparency and high gas barrier properties. SOLUTION: A gas barrier layer 2 formed of a material constituted mainly of an indium-cerium oxide or formed of the mixture constituted mainly of the indium-cerium oxide and further containing either or both of tin and titanium oxides is laminated at least on one surface of a transparent plastic film base 1. Moreover, a low refractive index layer 3 constituted of a layer of at least one kind or more of a silicon oxide, an aluminum oxide or an organic polymeric substance is laminated on the gas barrier layer 2.
