WALKING BAR DEVICE OF SEWING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking bar device of a sewing machine capable of effectively preventing oil leakage. SOLUTION: The walking bar device of the sewing machine has a vertical feeding shaft 3, a horizontal feeding shaft 4, a walking bar swing rod 2, a vertical swing arm 5, a vertical feeding block 6, a horizontal swing arm 8, a slinger rubber 10, and a reflow felt 11. The vertical feeding shaft 3 and the horizontal feeding shaft 4 reciprocatively rotate interlocked with a main shaft. The walking bar swing rod 2 has upper feeding teeth 1. The vertical swing arm 8 and the vertical feeding block 6 convert the reciprocative rotation of the vertical feeding shaft 3 to a vertical motion to apply to the walking bar swing rod 2. The horizontal swing arm 8 converts the reciprocative rotation of the horizontal feeding shaft 4 to horizontal motion to apply to the walking bar swing rod 2. The slinger rubber 10 prevents oil adhered to the walking bar swing rod 2 from reaching the upper feeding teeth 1. The reflow felt 11 partially butted against the slinger rubber 10 introduces the oil, which is prevented from reaching the upper feeding teeth 1 by the slinger rubber 10, to a reflow port 9a.
