DOUBLE SWINGING OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE FOR ESCAPE PROVIDED ON SHEET SHUTTER FOR FIREPROOF COMPARTMENTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a large opening part for escape capable of being provided on a sheet shutter for a fireproof compartmentation whose four peripheries are tightly sealed, being opened and closed by a simple operation and enabling the utilization of a wheelchair and to provide high smoke shielding performance. SOLUTION: Both left and right fire resistant sheet lower frames (6, 7) are fixed to a seat plate (4) by hinges (13) with a built-in spring at both ends of the opening part, the sheet lower frames (6, 7) are opened in an escape direction with the hinges (13) as axes and a vertically large triangular opening part for the escape is formed on the surface of the sheet shutter for the fireproof compartmentation. Also, since a fire resistant sheet (2) enters the bag-like pocket of the fire resistant sheets (1, 3) at the center part of the opening part at the time of closing, the closing order of the sheet lower frames (6, 7) is decided by an order adjusting device, a pocket opening/closing device opening the fire resistant sheet (3) so as to make the fire resistant sheet (2) easily enter the bag-like pocket is provided and the bag-like pocket part is surely turned to the overlap state of the fire resistant sheets (1, 2, 3). In the seat plate (4), the smoke shielding performance is obtained by a lower frame receiving metal fitting (10) supporting the sheet lower frames (6, 7) and a backup material (12).
