ROTARY COOKING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rotary cooking equipment capable of satisfactorily and automatically frying food by precisely detecting the temperature of the inside of a rotary pot in the rotary fryer equipment and controlling the temperature of the rotary pot through the detected temperature. SOLUTION: The rotary cooking equipment has a pot 10 to which food material is to be supplied, a motor 20 for rotating the pot 10 and a burner 30 for heating the pot 10. A thermocouple 7 is closely fitted to the inside of the pot 10, and the output of the thermocouple 7 is transmitted to a slip ring 6 fitted to the end of a rotary shaft 1 after passing through the inside of the rotary shaft 1 for rotating the pot 10 and the inside of a nut 4 for fixing a chain wheel releasing prevention ring 2, and reaches a burner controller.
