SOLUTION: This planting vessel comprises a cylindrical bottomed vessel with an upper part opened; wherein soil 9a is charged into the vessel to cultivate plants, the vessel is structured so as to let excess water seep out not through its bottom part but through its circumferential surface wall 2 when watering the cultivated plants B. Specifically, the cylindrical vessel is composed of the bottom part comprising a water receptor 3 made of a water-impermeable material, and the circumferential surface wall 2 comprising a water-permeable sheet having a lot of flow holes.
