Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wickedness at settlement time without performing complicated work and operation. SOLUTION: In performing electronic settlement, a mobile machine 14 performs user authentication of a user utilizing electronic settlement (step S1), and transmits a user ID to a POS terminal device 11 to make the POS terminal device 11 start settlement if a result of the user authentication is affirmative. The POS terminal device 11 transmits the received user ID, commercial transaction information, etc., to a settlement gateway system 15 to request the settlement gateway system 15 to perform settlement. The settlement gateway system 15 transmits e-mail to the mobile machine 14 in response to this request, automatically starts a settlement progress application of the mobile machine 14 and automatically progresses subsequent settlement processing.
