Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting system to prevent delay in work by switching mail alarm functions according to the state of work in a workflow system which makes each result and information into electron information and defines rules of each work and procedures for managing an overall operation in the operation to carry out joint work with a plurality of persons exchanging information. SOLUTION: With regard to a server to support a workflow in which a plurality of persons work jointly, the present invention is related to the workflow supporting server which is characterized by the fact that, when a process of operation is created and an activity occurs, it prevents delay in work by switching contents of notification and frequency of notification of mail to be sent to a person in charge of the activity according to his or her past work performances.
