Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure lubrication of a bearing by bringing an inner periphery of a lubricating oil regulating means into contact with an outer circumferential face of a main shaft, forming a closed space, and storing lubricating oil inside the space in a lubricating device for a transmission having the lubricating oil regulating means at the rearward of the bearing inside the transmission which varies rotation speed of the main shaft. SOLUTION: In the lubricating device for the transmission which has the lubricating oil regulating means at the rearward of the bearing 14 provided to the inside of a gear 12 of the transmission that varies the rotation speed of the main shaft 10, and checks the lubricating oil supplied to the bearing 14 by the lubricating oil regulating means, the lubricating oil regulating means is constituted so as to bring its inner periphery into contact with the outer circumferential face of the main shaft 10, and at the same time, to flow the lubricating oil by receiving prescribed pressure of the lubricating oil. By this, the closed space D is formed, the lubricating oil is stored inside the space D and the lubrication of the bearing 14 is secured, and at the same time, the lubricating oil can be circulated.
