Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety, operability and economic property of an automobile in a control device applied to a vehicle having characteristics such as frequent model change of system, complicated system, and demand for reduction in cost of system by facilitating the update, change and addition of software in a vehicle control device for performing information processing and control processing by use of two or more pieces of software to improve the adaptability to a driver and the automobile. SOLUTION: Means for performing the operation evaluation of the software off-line, in-line, and on-line, and improving the adaptability to the automobile or driver while smoothly transferring old software to new software are introduced, whereby a safe, easy and economical control method is provided.
