Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioceramics-containing cell composition useful as a biological material for reconstruction and the like in a damaged bone region of a living body by utilizing its good bioactivity toward living tissues and its practical strength and the ability to maintain its shape in vivo over several months and its capability to eventually disappear to be wholly replaced by bone tissues. SOLUTION: A degradation-absorbent polymer in vivo is dissolved in a solvent mixture of its solvent and a non-solvent having a higher boiling point than that of the solvent, and a suspension liquid with bioceramic powder being dispersed is prepared. By a method to precipitate the degradation-absorbent polymer in vivo encompassing the bioceramic powder with the solvent mixture undergoing volatilization from the prepared suspension liquid at a lower temperature than the boiling point of the solvent, a cell composition is formed having continuous pores and internally containing the bioactive bioceramic powder. |
