Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured elastic sealing body capable of being manufactured at low costs, being easily inserted by a hollow needle with its leading end even not so sharp and keeping a sufficiently air-tight state so long as a piercing instrument such as the hollow needle is not forced thereinto, and a pharmaceutical container utilizing the elastic sealing body. SOLUTION: The elastic sealing body 10 of the present invention has a slit- shaped easy-to-tear part 12 stretching in one direction within a sealing body 11. The easy-to-tear part 12 is closed, for example, by subjecting the slit within the sealing body 11 to be peeled off and be adhered by a blocking method. The pharmaceutical container of the present invention constitutes a cap equipped with the elastic sealing body 10 of the present invention installed at the mouth.
