Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for a fuel cell provided with a pressure regulator capable of regulating pressure without bringing a coolant into direct contact with air or a cathode gas when regulating the pressure of the coolant in a cooling system for fooling a fuel cell. SOLUTION: This cooling system for a fuel cell is so structured that a circulation passage for circulating the coolant is connected to an inlet and an outlet of the coolant of the fuel cell for cooling the inside of the fuel cell having a laminated structure, and a circulation pump for circulating the coolant is mounted to the circulation passage. In this case, the pressure regulator PR is structured by partitioning the inside of a pressure regulation vessel 3d into two chambers by a deformable bellows 3d3 , the one chamber sp1 of the pressure regulator PR is made to communicate with the atmosphere, and the other chamber sp2 is connected to the circulation passage 3p.
