Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blessed charm picture distribution technique by which average users can use a portable telephone set of a distribution destination widely as a charm giving blessing equal to the charm of a shrine/temple by distributing blessed picture data which is already blessed at the shrine/temple. SOLUTION: A system constituting a picture distribution site which distributes a distribution picture of the charm picture data blessed at the shrine/temple as distribution picture to a regular member. The system is provided with a picture database DB 4 for storing and managing this charm picture data 4 and a charm picture distribution means 32 which retrieves the desired blessed d charm picture data 4 from the charm picture database DB 4 to distribute it to the communication terminal 2 of the regular member 2 in occurrence of the distribution request of the charm picture.
