Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for a user to input an identification code whenever a site constructed by a plurality of mutually independent servers is accessed in the case of accessing the site. SOLUTION: The user 11 accesses the site to be constructed by an independent server 42 by using the identification code set in the independent server 42. The independent server 42 recognizes the user 11 and makes the user to access a portal site to be constructed by a portal server 5. The portal server 5 confirms whether or not the user 11 desires transfer to other independent server 14. When the user 11 desires the transfer, the portal server 5 retrieves the identification code retrieved from a user integrated data base 5d and set in the independent server 41 about the user 11. Then, the user 11 is made to access the independent server 41 by using the retrieved identification code.
