WATERPROOFING METHOD FOR OPPOSED END FACE OF BRIDGE GIRDER OR THE LIKE IN BRIDGE AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently execute a waterproofing to the opposed concrete end faces of a bridge girder and an abutment opposed at a slight opening. SOLUTION: A vertical mounting plate 2 in which a spray pipe 1 is installed on one side face under a horizontal state is inserted into the opening C between the bridge girder A and the abutment B, and the vertical mounting plate 2 is moved in the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction while the spray pipe 1 is supplied with a coating agent such as a urethane resin liquid and a curing agent through a supply hose and both agents are mixed in the pipe. The mixing agent is ejected in parallel with the opposed concrete end faces (a) and (b) of the bridge girder A and the abutment B from a nose nozzle 1a while compressed air is sprayed from the side immediately after the ejection, the injection direction of the mixing agent is bent to the concrete end-face (a) or (b) side and a spray coating is executed on the concrete end faces.
