Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber having improved oil and weather resistance, especially ozone resistance, and to provide a composition contained the oil and weather resistant rubber. SOLUTION: This composition contains the following X and Y, and contains 10-50 mass % Y. X: an α,β-unsaturated nitrile/conjugated diene-based copolymer. Y: an acrylate copolymer having an unsaturated bond enabling the co- crosslinking with the X. The Y is obtained from 49.9-99.9% acrylate monomer (ethyl acrylate, etc.), 0-50% α,β-unsaturated nitrile monomer (acrylonitrile, etc.), 0.1-20% monomer having an unsaturated bond enabling co-crosslinking (the monomer has dihydrodicyclopentadienyloxyethyl group, etc.), and 0-20% other monomer. The acrylate copolymer can be replaced with a crosslinked acrylate copolymer. The rubber is obtained by crosslinking the composition.
