Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-phenyl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3,3,1]nonane compound, a process for preparing the compound and a pharmaceutical comprising the compound. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutically effective compound is represented by following general formula (I) or its physiologically acceptable acid addition salt. The compound or its acid addition salt is obtained by reacting a compound represented by general formula (II) with a compound represented by general formula (III) and, as necessary, converting the free compound represented by formula (I) into the acid addition salt or converting the acid addition salt into the free compound represented by formula (I). Thereby, the compound represented by formula (I) can be used for treatment and/or prophylaxis of heart stroke disorder.
