SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition comprises (a) an arylalkylamine being a SRI(serotonin reuptake inhibitor) antidepressant, (b) a 5HTla antagonist or an alpha-2-adrenergic antagonist (pindolol etc.), and (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and has an improved efficacy by the combination of the active substances (a) and (b).
