Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ceramic products which is capable of continuously keeping producing the ceramic products of substantially the same quality by suppressing the fluctuation in the compsn. of the sewer sludge incineration ashes used as raw materials for manufacturing the ceramic products. SOLUTION: The method of repetitively manufacturing the ceramic products formed by firing moldings containing the sewer sludge incineration ashes continuously or by a lot production system, in which the sewer sludge incineration ashes (a, b, c, d and e) produced in a prescribed period of >=1 month and obtained in this period are successively and previously stocked. The sewer sludge incineration ashes (10a) formed by dividing the sewer sludge incineration ashes kept stocked in this period so as to constitute the compositions nearly equal to each other from nearly the entire volume (10) thereof are successively used as the raw materials for forming the ceramic products.
