PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching device for a locking member with improved elaborateness and reliability which has good impression in operating, and which can be prevented from slipping down or the like when it is put on a table or the like. SOLUTION: A piston member 16 inserted into a needle 18 is activated by an arm 8 rotated by a trigger lever 4. A feed mechanism 28 for feeding assemblies A of the locking member one by one is tensionally extended by a spring 27. A rack 23 and a pinion member 24 are provided on an upper surface at a tip of a slider member 20 operated by the arm 8. A feed claw member 29 pivoted by an operation of a lift member 25 with a rack to be engaged with the pinion member 24 is provided. Teeth of the pinion member 24 are formed on a surface of 180 deg. or less of a peripheral surface of a body. An upper part of a coil spring 12 which tensionally extends the arm 8 is eccentrically supported by a spring connector 15, thereby causing the coil spring 12 to be twisted by inclination thereof.
