Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for cleaning a socket in which a liquid chemical is selectively supplied to the connecting part of the socket. SOLUTION: This socket cleaning method comprises a step to prepare the socket having the connecting part projected from its one principal surface and a porous body into which the liquid chemical is infiltrated and a step to dip the connecting part of the socket in the liquid chemical oozed out of the inside of the porous body to the principal surface.
