Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging of a PEM which is a membrane-shaped work in cutting of the edge of the PEM, by fixing the edge of the PEM through suction to a drag, to position the PEM and the carbon electrode without damaging by positioning the carbon electrode with adjacent two side walls of a recess, and prevent attaching of metal ions to the carbon electrode with a resin plate. SOLUTION: A positioning housing part 27 whose bottom is formed with a resin plate 28 is installed in a trimming drag 14, the carbon electrode 11 is housed inside the positioning housing part 27, and after the positioning of the carbon electrode 11 is conducted with adjacent two sidewalls 27a, 27b of the positioning housing part 27, the edge of the PEM 13a being sucked to the trimming drag 14, and the PEM 13a is cut with a trimming blade 15. |
