Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and a device for supporting personal information disclosure capable of directly issuing personal information to a recipient, without putting the personal information in escrow and also keeping the contents of the personal information secret to the recipient for a prescribed period, and to provide a medium for storing the personal information. SOLUTION: A means P1, of releasing sealing applied to the personal information to be provided to the recipient (Y), is received together with conditions for issuing R1 from an offeror (X) (S5), the conditions for issuing R1 is inputted to a server 3a, and the server 3a outputs information needed to issue (S9) the releasing means P1 to the recipient (Y), on the basis of the conditions for issuing R1.
