Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with high reliability/performance capable of synchronizing data required to be synchronized with the system in distributed plant monitoring/controlling equipment. SOLUTION: In the monitoring/controlling equipment of a plant in which a plurality of clients to be communicated via a network are arranged, it is provided with one client to play a role of an original client as a software server by every function for plant monitoring/control for each function and constituted so that the original client as a first function transmits data regarding the first function to the other clients, the other clients receive data from the first original client, store the received data in storage parts provided for other clients and synchronize the data stored in each of the other clients.
