Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary pile penetrating device capable of maintaining a constant clamping force by means of a simple structure for smooth penetrating work without any replacement of a clamping member even when a steel pipe pile to be penetrated is varied or a size of a configuration of the steel pipe pile having an excavation blade at the tip is varied. SOLUTION: This rotary pile penetrating device is provided with a lower ring frame 2 having a lower inner ring 6 arranged on the inner circumference of a lower outer ring 5 via a lower rotary bearing 13, an upper ring frame 1 having an upper inner ring 4 arranged on the inner circumference of an upper outer ring 3 via an upper rotary bearing 12, and a plurality of elevation means 9 between the lower outer ring and the upper outer ring. By means of the elevation means, the upper outer ring in the upper ring frame 1 is journalled freely movably upward/downward, and one end part of each of a plurality of links 14 is arranged freely oscillationally, while in the other end of each of the links 14, the clamping member 16 is arranged freely oscillationally. When the upper inner ring is lifted/lowered, the clamping member is freely slid on the upper face of the lower inner ring in the radial direction of the steel pipe pile 20.
