Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily adjust the tape feeding direction (angle) ahead a cutting part in a site. SOLUTION: A cutting part 2 incorporating a fixed cutter and a movable cutter is mounted at the tip of a tape guide trough 7 to be vertically rocked. In order to correspond to rocking of the cutting part 2, a cutter driving mechanism 5 in a driving part 6 and the movable cutter in the cutting part 2 are connected by a flexible shaft 8. When the cutting part is capable of rocking to the tip of the tape guide trough 7, a gap is generated between the tip of the tape guide trough 7 and the cutting part 2, so that a plate spring-like tape guide is separately provided between the tip of the tape guide trough 7 and the cutting part 2.
