Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple filter for liquids, for example a lubricating oil filter for an internal-combustion engine, in which a filter element is independently disposed of without polluting the environment and the other functionally important individual structural members are recycled by improving a system compose of a separable filter casing and various individual members housed in the filter casing, for example at least an exchangeable circular element, particularly a plurality of seals and if necessary various individual structural members such as various valves structured as an over flow valve and/or a check valve. SOLUTION: A separable filter element 7 is folded star shaped and sealed at an end surface side and a sleeve 10 is provide respectively on the inside of both ends because the filter element is brought into contact with seal parts 13 and 14.
