SOLUTION: A leg side supporting bracket 1 is erected and fixed on the upper end inner side face of a foldable leg B, a top plate side supporting bracket 3 is erected and fixed on the corner part of a frame body C and the leg side supporting bracket 1 and the top plate side supporting bracket 3 are connected freely turnably by a turning pin 35. A clearance is provided between leg parts 3A and 3B and the leg side supporting bracket 1 is freely slidably clamped in the clearance, tightened, fixed and positioned by a fixing bolt 5 inserted to a fixing oblong hole 30 perforated at a tip part and a tightening nut 6.
