Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extend a communication cable pipe arrangement for an existing cable protective conduit line composed of a plurality of inner pipes in an outer pipe. SOLUTION: An opening having a diameter enough for inserting the inner pipe is formed at a fixing plate to which both outer and inner pipes are connected via a pipe joint fixed to a handhole sidewall; the inner pipe having flexibility is inserted to the outer pipe from the opening of the fixing plate; an extension fixing plate having an opening of almost the same diameter with that of the inner pipe is disposed so as to be laid on the above fixing plate and fixed to both handhole sidewalls; and the edge of the inner pipe is fixed to the opening of the fixed extension fixing plate via the pipe joint.
