SOLUTION: An apparatus for controlling the mobile object encodes a signal generated by an imaging unit 23 by a delivering unit 14, and delivers the signal to a user system 3. The system 3 supplies received encoded data to a display unit 32 and a speaker 34 via a decoder 33. The apparatus transmits control information generated by the system 3 to a controller 22 via a communication channel 4, a service managing server 12 and a radio communication unit 15. The controller 22 controls a driver 21 based on the control information. The apparatus transmits state information generated by a state detector 24 to the user system 3 through the controller 22, a radio communication unit 25, the service managing server 12 and the communication channel 4.
