DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING INPUT OF ELECTRONIC MEDICAL CHART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an end user to previously and easily record a medical fixed form document as character string data, to convert them into display by a graphic user interface, to realize mouse-driven operation environment and to correctly and efficiently prepare a medical chart. SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart device by a computer is provided with database recording medical information and an input means inputting information in the database. The device is also provided with an example file where the fixed form examples of input examples are previously recorded by individual medical situations and a conversion means converting character string data on the example file into the display of the graphic user interface. The easy operation environment by a mouse operation is realized with the example file as the display of the graphic user interface. A necessary part is selected from the example file by the mouse operation. The selected example is taken out, the other example is deleted and the selected example is filled in the prescribed file.
