SOLUTION: The Internet 5 connects the advertiser included in the advertisement 1 printed in a magazine, etc., or a portable apparatus 3 with a built-in camera photographing a logo mark 4 of a publisher with a retrieval server 6 for extracting features from the logo mark 4 to retrieve the URL of the home page. A retrieval server 6 retrieves a database 7 for storing master data of the logo mark 4 of each advertiser and publisher to search the logo being the nearest to the photographed logo mark 4. The URL of the home page is transmitted to the portable apparatus 3 via the Internet 5. The portable apparatus 3 accesses the URL to browse the home page 2.
