Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome such a problem that only a certain portion of an outlet always receives hot air when an exhaust fan exhausts hot air from the outlet of a design casing and thereby becomes very hot, and light leaked from a lamp goes outside a projection type display device through the exhaust fan and the outlet. SOLUTION: A louver fan disposed between the exhaust fan and the outlet is attached with a predetermined inclination in a direction where a plurality of blades provided at the louver fan are rotated according to the wind power direction of the exhaust fan. A rotary shaft and the rotary shaft bearing of the louver fan are rotatably held by predetermined frictional force, thereby they can rotate at the predetermined number of rotations in a predetermined direction.
