SOLUTION: A lid 15 is fixed to a box shape vessel body 12 with an open upper end by way of an O-ring 13, twist locks 16 are provided to the upper corners of the vessel body 12 and buffers 17 are provided by avoiding the upper surfaces of the twist locks 16.
