Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage method by which the need of motive power for peeling solid crystals from a cooling surface can be eliminated and which can be improved in efficiency. SOLUTION: Among mixtures forming eutectic materials with a plurality of component systems, the mixture which performs coaxial crystal growth is used as a cold storage medium. A solid-liquid coexisting phase is formed by cooling the cold storage medium by introducing the medium into the inner tube 13 of a double tube heat exchanger 14 in which a refrigerant is made to flow between an outer tube 12 and the inner tube 13.
