Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an air conditioning ventilator in which parts of a fan system such as an air supply fan case and an air exhaust fan case or the like can be improved and the number of assembling steps can be reduced. SOLUTION: The air conditioning ventilator comprises a box shaped main body having a main body frame 2 in a rear part and opened to an indoor side and including therein an exhaust passage intersecting an air supply passage through which an indoor part communicates with an outdoor part, a heat exchanging element assembly for performing a heat exchange between air passing the exhaust passage and the air supply passage, the air exhaust fan case 42 disposed in the exhaust passage and containing an exhaust fan 46, the air supply fan case 41 disposed in the air supply passage and containing an air supply fan 45 and a motor 44 for driving the exhaust fan 46 and the air supply fan 45. The air supply fan case 41 is formed integrally with the main body frame 2. A partition cover 43 for partitioning between the air supply fan case 41 and the exhaust fan case 42 is formed integrally with the exhaust fan case 42.
