Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band with wheels capable of preventing the generation of meandering of a pipe when inserting a large-diameter pipe into an existing large-diameter pipe. SOLUTION: This band with wheels to be used when inserting a pipe into an existing pipe is provided with a fixed wheel in a band-like main body thereof and free wheels in both sides of the fixed wheel at positions separated by the equal distance. With this structure, when winding the band around the pipe for fixation, the fixed wheel progresses in parallel with the axis of the existing pipe.
