PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply lubricating oil to a slide-contact face of a gear or a switching mechanism in a transmission. SOLUTION: The transmission has an input shaft 1 provided with a plurality of drive gears and an output shaft provided with a plurality of driven gears forming transmission gear trains meshed with the drive gears, and the transmission gear trains can be switched by the switching mechanisms 31-33. The input shaft 1, output shaft, and the switching mechanisms 31-33 are disposed in a transmission case 3, and the switching operation of the switching mechanisms 31-33 is performed by fork rods 41-43. End parts of the fork rods 41-43 have piston parts 51-55, the piston parts 51-55 are fixed in cylinders 51a-55a, and pump chambers 51b-55b are formed in the cylinders 51a-55a. The lubricating oil is supplied from the pump chambers 51b-55b to sliding parts in the switching mechanism or the like.
