When the gear 20 is idling by actions of overloading, the projected portion 21a is engaged with the plurality of holes 20a in sequence while opposing spring force of the plate spring 21. Energy caused by overload is absorbed while the projected portion 21a is repeatedly engaged with and released from the holes 20a.
