Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter capable of stabilizing limit torque in a power transmitting mechanism and relieving excessive load caused by drop or the like. SOLUTION: The torque limiter is provided with a plurality of holes 20a engaged with a projected portion 21a arranged on a same circumference of the projected portion 21a arranged in a plate spring 21 on a gear shaft 16 and a gear 20. When the gear 20 is idling by actions of overloading, the projected portion 21a is engaged with the plurality of holes 20a in sequence while opposing spring force of the plate spring 21. Energy caused by overload is absorbed while the projected portion 21a is repeatedly engaged with and released from the holes 20a.
