METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BENT TILE UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a bent tile unit with sufficient connecting strength even if reducing the applied quantity of resin for connection. SOLUTION: A surface plate 3 is provided with a pair of orthogonal upward slant faces 3a, 3b. The resin 2 for connection are stuck in prescribed positions on the slant faces 3a, 3b, and a bent tile 1 is placed on the surface plate 3 so that a tile front face faces upward and that the cross corner part of one piece part 1a and the other piece part 1b of the bent tile 1 overlaps with the top part of the surface plate 3. The resin 2 for connection extends in band shape and in a parallel direction to the extending direction of the top part of the surface plate 3. The bent tile 1 overlaps with one end side and the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped resin for connection.
