Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric oxide material of a layered alkali titanate, its use and its producing method. SOLUTION: The starting raw materials of a titanate are such materials as titanium oxide, a chemical seed of a transition metal and an alkali compound. The titanate material is obtained by a flux or a solid phase reaction of the mixture of them in an atmosphere or an inert gas atmosphere, and furthermore it is changed to be conductive by conductive carrier controlling through different metallic ion doping or a partial reduction treatment of titanium. The above material is used for an elemental material of thermoelectric energy changing.
