Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier pouch that is resistant to light and oxygen, thereby preventing deterioration of contents and keeping the original color of the contents to the greatest degree possible. SOLUTION: The pouch comprises a laminated film comprising an oxygen- barrier plastic film 2 formed from at least one layer, and a laminated film comprising white ink layers 3 and 4 and a light-blocking layer 5 all of which are formed on the entire surface. The light-blocking layer contains 0.5 to 6.0 wt.% of black ink, 0.5 to 6.0 wt.% of red and/or yellow ink, and white ink for a remaining area. Additionally, the light-blocking layer has a hue of 5.5 P to 5.0 GY and a chroma saturation of 0.2 to 5.0 in Munsell system in which another color is contained as required.
