Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle apparatus and a spray nozzle, with which the control of the spray quantity is simplified and the changing range of the spray quantity is extended. SOLUTION: The spray nozzle apparatus is provided with the spray nozzle 30 provided with a gas spouting port 3 and a liquid spouting port 1 at the tip side of the a nozzle body 6 and a liquid supply driving part 5 for supplying a liquid to a liquid flow passage 7 provided in the nozzle body so as to communicate with the liquid spraying port 1 and is constituted so that a liquid discharged from the liquid spraying port 1 is atomized by a gas jetted from the gas jetting port 3 of the spray nozzle 30 and the liquid supply driving part 5 is constituted of a fixed delivery pump capable of changing and controlling the discharge quantity of the liquid.
