Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for handling an oxidizing agent-containing compo sition not lowered in stability when a lubricant used in a machinery handling the oxidizing agent-containing composition is contaminated into the composition or the lubricant used in equipment for manufacturing a metal oxide catalyst from the oxidizing agent-containing composition is contaminated into the compo sition, and to provide a method for manufacturing the metal oxide catalyst. SOLUTION: In the method for handling the oxidizing agent-containing composition, a perfluoroether type lubricant is used in the machinery handling the oxidizing agent-containing composition. In the method for manufacturing the metal oxide catalyst, the perfluoroether type lubricant is used in the manufacturing equipment having fear such that the lubricant is contaminated into the composition handled in a process using a machinery having a heating part, a drive part or a movable part.
