SOLUTION: An insertion support part 2 at the tip of the operating rod 3 of the high-voltage pin-type insulator exchange appliance 1, has an outside diameter and a length which allow it penetrable into a through-hole 7a, made in an arm 7 and bolt holes 12a formed in strap end parts 12b, and has a support recession 4 of upper part free which houses a part of the bolt portion 6 of a high-voltage pin-type insulator 5 and supports the pin-type insulator 5.
