VOLUME CONTROL CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume control circuit that can properly detect a signal gain variable point. SOLUTION: The volume control circuit that detects inversion of an input signal by applying detection processing to the input signal for a prescribed sample period and adjusts a gain of a volume circuit 3 depending on the detection of the inverted input signal, is provided with an upper/lower threshold value discrimination circuit 5 that discriminates whether or not a signal level is within a prescribed threshold value range at inversion of the input signal and a correction means comprising a zero estimate arithmetic circuit 6, and a D/A use group delay time counter 4 that corrects a time from the detection of the inverted input signal until gain adjustment of the volume circuit 3.
