Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric wire binding method which enables to enhance productivity of a binding process of wires and to lighten a wire harness of a stable form without causing deformation. SOLUTION: Both terminals of electric wires 11 placed parallel to each other are connected to an external electric power source 17. By flowing an excessive current to each electric wire, the above-mentioned coating portion 13 of the wires is melted and neighboring wires are fusion-combined. The coating portion 13 is made of a thermoplastic resin material having a fusion point lower than a smoke point. As an external electric power source 17, a conductivity inspector 17 is used, which inspects the connection of an electric wire 11 and is capable of flowing an excessive current. A plurality of wires 11 supported by being pressed toward the radial direction with a binding jig 20 may be fused together by an excessive flow of an electric current. A bound portion 15 and a non-bound portion 16 are alternately constructed along lengthwise direction. Instead of the binding jig 20, a ring-shaped heater can be used to heat the coating portion of an electric wire 11 for fusion-binding. |
